Problem: I click to download the crossword. Nothing happens.
Solution: Try the following. Hold Shift key when you click on mouse button on the link on the web page to download the crossword. This brings up a file selection dialog box. Select a folder that you know how to get to later to download the file (e.g., the Desktop) and download. Now start up Across Lite and use Open command in its File menu to select the downloaded file. If this does not work, then there may be a problem with the web site itself. Contact the support for the web site from where you are downloading.
